As part of the development of Paradise Knolls. JARPD has negotiated for the Developer(s) of the project to pay for the design, construction and on-going maintenance of two parks. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2024.

The linear park is 4.25 acres and will feature a large play area, walking paths, shade structure and exercise equipment.

The 2.75 acre park will have both a large and small dog park, play ground and basketball courts. There is plenty of seating and walking paths.
