Paradise Knolls Parks

As part of the development of Paradise Knolls. JARPD has negotiated for the Developer(s) of the project to pay for the design, construction and on-going maintenance of two parks. Construction is anticipated to begin in late 2026.

The linear park is 4.25 acres and will feature a large play area, walking paths, shade structure and exercise equipment.
