In February of 2025, JARPD closed escrow on 5 acres of land on 58th Street, one block east of Serendipity Rd. in the Pedley/MIr Loma area. While park plans have yet to be developed, it is anticipated that this will become a neighborhood park. Public input will be sought for the overall design in the coming months. Design elements may include:

• Solar lighting
• Walking paths
• Playground with shade
• Open grass area
• picnic areas with BBQ
• Riding Arena (Round)
• Security Cameras
• Trees and landscaping
